Reading a discussion thread
To read a thread, click on the topic link. You will get a new page with all the posts to date in that thread.
To look at file, click on the link. Depending on how you have your browser
set up, you will either get a download file dialog box, or the file will
open in a new window. Linked web pages always open in a new window.
