Kiva Help
Meetings
To schedule a meeting, go to the Quick post forms area on the left-hand side of the Kiva home page and select the tab.
When you schedule a meeting, a new thread is started in which you can discuss the meeting agenda, store meeting notes, attach files, etc. The meeting also shows up on the group's calendar.

In the meeting form, you must select the group(s) having the meeting, give the meeting a topic, a date, start and end times, a location, and an agenda. Since scheduling a meeting creates a new thread stored under the topic name, you should select a topic name that is short but meaningful to your group.
To select the group(s) for the meeting, select the pull down menu next to Select recipients... The meeting will show up on the calendars and group posts for each group that you select.
You can also enter additional comments, such as a preliminary discussion of agenda items. You can upload files, links and pictures as well as preview your meeting post, just as you can for a discussion post.
When have entered all the information for the meeting, press the button. You will be taken to the thread that has been started for the new meeting.

The top of the page gives the topic for the meeting, the date, and to which groups the meeting has been posted. Notice that the first post in every meeting thread has a button and the button. See the sections on rescheduling and canceling meetings.
